My design process starts with me falling in love. I want to understand a problem deeply before I solve it, which means immersing myself in each aspect of the problem. Demographics, struggles, successes, past solutions, vibes, and whatever else comes along. This doesn’t mean I’m dragging my feet, though. I’m a designer. I’m here to design solutions effectively, confidently, and timely.
